The House
Built in 2006-7 Les Cotieres belongs to our son and family, but is not used during July and August and is available as an annexe for up to 4 adults (no children) for the other house.
Facing south and set in the wood between the two houses so screened from both, (see "the Hamlet" for details of its location) behind a lockable sliding entrance gate and high walls to the north it is entirely self-contained and as fully-equipped as the other houses.
Downstairs: Large 27.5sq. metre Salon with French windows on two sides, with TV/DVD, and small Hi-fi. A 23sq. metre kitchen/dinner leads onto it with 2 dishwashers, microwave, coffee maker, juicer and a fully-fitted IKEA kitchen capable of seating 8 for a meal. There is a further Utility room, with a WC closet off it, large fridge-freezer, sink, washing machine and ample storage.
Upstairs: Consists of two double bedrooms, one doubled-bedded with a bathroom and separate WC en suite and the other twin-bedded room with separate WC, shower and basin also en suite.
All bed linen is provided but you should bring your own bath and beach towels.
This is to let for £400 per week in conjunction with Pre de la Baffardiere.
